How To Use This

This web page should print as a neat signature form. The headers and instructions shouldn't appear on a printed copy. It works in the Mozilla browsers at least.

You can edit the text of the petition if you want. You have at most three lines. Check the "Print Preview" before printing to make sure it looks OK. When printing, you probably only want to print the first page if there is more than one.

Each sheet contains up to 30 blank lines. See the petitioner's pack for more info about what to do with it.
